Helene hosts regular art workshops, enthusiastically guiding and encouraging all regardless of artistic level. She is skilled in painting, drawing, and sculpture. She brings a depth of symbolic knowledge and a detailed knowledge of traditional Tibetan art techniques. ​As a registered Creative Arts Therapist, Helene is trained in both creative and psychotherapeutic methods to guide participants through a journey of healing, connection, and self-discovery.
