Carolyn Mason

Carolyn met the Dharma later in life and made up for lost time, becoming the Centre’s first student to complete the Discovering Buddhism program, including the three-month retreat in Nepal. A registered FPMT teacher, she has led short courses and meditations since 2012, regularly teaching at LTC. She shares her deep knowledge and commitment to the power of the Four Immeasurable Attitudes to bring positive change into everyday life. With a background in the public sector and consultancy projects, Carolyn brought valuable skills to her decade-long service on the LTC Management Committee, securing many grants for Buddhist projects and maintenance of the Centre. She is known for her constant reminders to take joy in our own practice, and intention and actions to benefit others.
