Nepal in the Park

Saturday 3 September, 2019

A day in the park at the Nepal-Australia Friendship Association festival, looking after the LTC stall. Our display is mostly of free books, Mandala Magazines and information, so there is no ‘selling’ or till to manage. You will have a chance to enjoy the events and have a wander around the grounds.

To help publicise LTC program and activities to the broader Brisbane public
To connect with and support our Buddhist Nepalese community

To create the causes to always have resources and help when you need it!
To offer service and repay the kindness of mother sentient beings
To develop a strong ‘pamily peeling’ within the LTC community

A passion for communication and enjoying a day in the outdoors!

Set-up and packing up of the stall in the park
Sharing information about the LTC program
Distributing LTC brochures, Mandala Magazines and LYWA booklets

We need several people per shift to ensure the day is enjoyable for all and that no-one gets too tired. There is a morning shift up to lunch time, and an afternoon shift. Please indicate the one you can help out on. If you have a car and can help with drop-off of equipment please let Delma know when you fill in the form.
