Join us for an afternoon as we mindfully pause and investigate the brain. What is the brain’s job? What happens when our brain goes into fight-flight mode? And how do we calm down when things get hard? This is our topic of investigation and we’ll see how we can apply various mindful tools to help our brain when the going gets tough!

Make the very most of your karmic connection with your pets, and bring them to the Dharma, lasting peace and happiness. Discover how to skillfully help your pets in daily life, and how to keep your own mind calm and focused during illness or at their passing, so our presence can benefit them in the very best way. Each participant will receive a special Animal Blessing Kit.
This month we will be exploring how to bring out what is true and unique in each of us and offer that to the world.
