Starting Point Beginner’s Welcome

Interested in courses on Buddhism, meditation or emotional balance, but unsure where to begin? Come along to our beginner’s orientation, enjoy a short guided meditation, discover our program, and share delicious chai tea afterwards. During our time together, you’ll meet our volunteers, have a tour of the centre, learn how to get involved, and be introduced to key concepts of Buddhist thought and practice.

We hold this Beginner’s Welcome every couple of months, on a Saturday afternoon. It is hosted by teachers and volunteers at the centre.
