Mindfulness Essentials

Are you interested in meditation but don’t necessarily want to be Buddhist? A beginner only just discovering mindfulness? A Buddhist who wants more tangible effects from your practice? Or simply just hopeful for a better future for our planet? Mindfulness meditation lays the foundation for a peaceful mind and an openheartedness within the world. The morning will include two guided mindfulness meditations with a short break in between. As always, Corey loves questions, comments, discussions and diversions along the way. So join us for a morning of relaxing and restorative meditation, followed by delicious chai in reception afterwards.
