Kellie Ulyate is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Brisbane. She began yoga to help her breath and for stress reduction when she was experiencing some health challenges. Her interest developed and led her to training in Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Restorative yoga, and regularly attending workshops and retreats.
Kellie favours practices that are deeply nourishing at a nervous system level. She offers a gentle style that emphasizes inner connection and individual experience, while getting the benefits of being in a group space. In her sessions she provides guidance with everything an invitation, so you are welcomed to do what is right for you. Knowing we are all unique and in this space, we can open and receive what we need.
She has been enjoying sharing the practices with others since 2020.
