Mindfulness Meditation 1
Counting the breaths, each inhalation and exhalation, from 1-10. This is an ideal meditation to start with as a beginner, as it helps to engage your concentration.
From Series: "Six Mindfulness Meditations"
Short guided meditations on the breath, led by Miffi from instructions from Geshe Sherab during a visit to LTC in 2018. The meditations progress from very simple to more subtle methods of concentration. They help to still the mind, develop focus, and are the starting point to overcoming all disturbing emotions.
