Scanning the body by following the breath down through the body, releasing tension by feeling it as light that brushes away any discomfort. Being aware of any sensations before reacting.

Short guided meditations on the breath, led by Miffi from instructions from Geshe Sherab during a visit to LTC in 2018. The meditations progress from very simple to more subtle methods of concentration. They help to still the mind, develop focus, and are the starting point to overcoming all disturbing emotions.
