Six Mindfulness Meditations

Grounding oneself by following the breath down into the body, slowly to the tips of the toes and then into the earth. Then breathing out and following the breath back up through the body to the crown of the head.

Short guided meditations on the breath, led by Miffi from instructions from Geshe Sherab during a visit to LTC in 2018. The meditations progress from very simple to more subtle methods of concentration. They help to still the mind, develop focus, and are the starting point to overcoming all disturbing emotions.
