To best apply the Buddha’s teachings you need a strong mind and a healthy body. Before you can do the challenging inner work, you must have the resources to do so. We offer regular yoga classes for all levels, including seniors and complete beginners.

Our wonderful yoga teachers from the Radiant Light yoga tradition have been leading classes at LTC for over six years. Classes are open to beginners and run two mornings a week.
