To best apply the Buddha’s teachings you need a strong mind and a healthy body. Before you can do the challenging inner work, you must have the resources to do so. We offer regular yoga classes for all levels, including seniors and complete beginners.

Our wonderful yoga teachers from the Radiant Light yoga tradition have been leading classes at LTC for over three years. Classes are open to beginners and run three mornings and two evenings a week.
