24hr Mahayana Precepts (PRACTICE ALONG)
Make your life highly meaningful, and so easily, and with only small hardships, collect a great deal of merit. Precepts days are powerful. By taking the Eight Mahayana Precepts for a day, every meritorious act you do on this day is greatly multiplied. It also guards you from creating any new negative karma - which also would be multiplied! (PRACTICE ALONG at your preferred time with a pre-recorded puja)

Suitable for people of all levels of fitness. The yoga style is similar to Hatha Yoga. Variations of asanas will be offered to suit beginners through to more experienced practitioners. Annual All-night Tara Puja
Annual All-night Tara Puja
A special all-night practice for world peace, personal flourishing, and the long lives of our gurus. It includes chanting, circumambulations, offerings and prostrations. Come for the first session (much like the regular Tara puja), or stay for the whole night! Similar to the regular Tara Puja, but with extra prayers, mantras for each individual Tara, added White Tara Long Life practice and Dzambhala practice, and lots of chai tea! Tara practice is particularly helpful in resolving difficult situations, healing anxiety and trauma, and bringing quick success in obtaining the ultimate happiness of enlightenment. Come to just the first session, a few, or join us for the last session ending early Sunday morning! (Annual event, IN-PERSON)
