Just because we know something is good or bad for us, it doesn't mean we always do it or avoid it easily. For example, we know smoking is bad but some people still do it. And we know being patient and kind is good, but we still get angry when someone cuts us off in traffic. To get better at being patient and kind, we need to learn special techniques that can help us change our bad habits. In the next four weeks, we will practice techniques based on trainings within the three scopes that will help us stay calm and happy even when things around us are upsetting. (First in a 4-week in-depth course, ONLINE)
