To best apply the Buddha’s teachings you need a strong mind and a healthy body. We offer regular yoga classes that run three mornings and two evenings a week. Classes are open to all levels, including seniors and complete beginners.

If it’s just too far to come to LTC, our nuns offer short courses in libraries and for university student unions. We have a fledgling study group on the Gold Coast, and we hold Buddhism at the beach afternoons!
