 \nEnjoy a short guided meditation\n\n\n\nTour the centre and meet our fr
 iendly volunteers\n\n\n\nDiscover our diverse programs—both in-person 
 and online\n\n\n\nShare delicious chai tea and snacks with fellow newcom
 ers\n\n\n\n\nIt's often difficult to know where to start. There is such 
 a wealth of information and teachings available\, it can be overwhelming
  at first\, and hit and miss whether you find the teachings that answer 
 current issues or problems. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re Buddhist\, non-Budd
 hist\, or simply spiritually curious\, our broad curriculum is designed 
 to support your journey. All classes are offered by donation\, and you�
 �re welcome to mix and match formats to suit your lifestyle.\n\n\n\nThis
  event is held every 2-3 months\, and is your chance to ask questions\, 
 connect with others\, and find your path forward—no pressure\, just po
