An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating until December 22, 2019

We have a new format this year! Spend a relaxed morning enjoying two guided meditations to relax and revive! The first is a short mindfulness and breathing meditation, including settling the posture. After a short break enjoy the main meditation of guided visualisation and chanting purification with the Buddha. Join us for chai tea together in reception afterwards.

Healing Anxiety & Depression WORKSHOP 4

Identify the multiple causes of anxiety, and the differences between anxiety and fear. Discover how to break the self-destructive habit of worry, and how problems can actually help us build strength and resilience. This experiential afternoon includes the month's topic, short meditations, and informal discussion.
