Drawing on Buddhist psychology, we examine how to bring forth our innate good qualities, and how to overcome the distraction that hampers our life and happiness. Discover how focusing on transient happiness distracts us from an optimal flourishing. Based on an innate sense of ethical conduct and fairness, learn to develop your concentration and wisdom. We end with a meditation practice on stepping into your best self.
