  • Enjoy the ambiance of our beautiful gompa, and make meaningful connections with fellow human beings!
  • When you first arrive, sign in on the day’s roll (your first name will do!) This is for safety regulations.
  • Please make a donation. Your contribution helps to keep the centre flourishing and providing classes such as these. 
  • Socks or a sarong? Shoes off in the gompa, so if it’s winter remember to BYO warm socks! If it’s summer, please dress appropriately or bring a wrap to cover your knees.
  • Seating is appropriately spaced, we have HEPA filters, a CO2 air monitor, and the room is well ventilated. Hand sanitiser and face-masks are provided for your use. (Please stay home if you are unwell.)

A relaxed evening looking at recurring themes in our life, as they relate to body, speech and mind. What issues have arisen with our actions? Our communication? Our way of framing the world? Where do we get stuck and forget to apply our 'Dharma wisdom'? After informal discussion and a weekly catch-up through a Dharma lens, we conclude the class with a guided meditation based on Lama Yeshe's OM AH HUM cleansing meditation of body, speech and mind. (An 8-week balancing emotions series, IN-PERSON & ONLINE)

Morning Gentle Yoga

Suitable for people of all levels of fitness. The yoga style is similar to Hatha Yoga. Variations of asanas will be offered to suit beginners through to more experienced practitioners. Arrive 10 minutes early, cost is $20 per class (cash only please). BYO water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. (IN-PERSON)

You’ll get a first-hand look at the pitfalls, problems, and potential in bringing these ancient tools to the modern world.
