Tibetan Buddhist meditation to purify faults, transform guilt and regret, and reveal the innate and blissful purity of the mind.
Enjoy a guided meditation that can purify negative actions, destructive speech and disturbing emotions. Combined with the Four Opponent Powers, we can effectively overcome destructive habit patterns, and purify imprints left on our mind by past negative actions. It’s a perfect way to end the week – clean and clear!
The Vajrasattva meditation and chanting practice helps us to connect with the innate purity of our mind. It includes a guided visualisation and chanting the 100-syllable mantra. Each class has a short reading and motivation beforehand, with a short explanation of different aspects of the practice. There is a chance to make personal dedications at the end.
Download the practice booklet for free here. We will also have a screenshare during the meditation, so you do not need a copy to participate, but you may want to continue doing the practice on your own. It is composed by Lama Zopa Rinpoche, to use whenever we have broken a vow or created any other kind of negative karma. We can purify that negativity with the four opponent powers without a second’s delay.
