Revive & Replenish – Yoga Workshop

Let Jill Shaw-Feather lead you through a special 3-hour yoga workshop to revive and replenish! Gentle yoga flow, meditation and restorative yoga and guided relaxation. All levels and age-groups are welcome.

Includes personal instruction and mindful movement practice to help you unwind from workday stress, let go of tension and feel revitalised. Leading you in a gentle flowing style that allows you to work to your own capacity, as deeply as you feel comfortable.

The room is climate controlled and well ventilated, and all equipment is supplied. We have a comprehensive covid-safe plan in place. Entry is at the street-end doors of the hall.

Details:
– Afternoon workshop is 2 hours and includes a relaxation
– Cost is $40 (cash only please, no EFTPOS)
– Wear loose and comfortable clothing
– BYO yoga mat (if you have one) to help us keep COVID-safe
– BYO water bottle
– Arrive at 15 minutes early to register and get settled
