Let Jill Shaw-Feather lead you through a special 3-hour yoga workshop to revive and replenish! Gentle yoga flow, meditation and restorative yoga and guided relaxation. All levels and age groups are welcome. Includes personal instruction and mindful movement practice to help you unwind from workday stress, let go of tension and feel revitalised. Leading you in a gentle flowing style that allows you to work to your own capacity, as deeply as you feel comfortable.
Cost is $40 for the afternoon workshop (cash only please). Led by qualified yoga instructor Jill Shaw-Feather. She has trained at the School of Radiant Light in the Hatha Yoga style.
Beginner’s are welcome, and you can join at any time. The room is climate controlled, and all yoga mats, blankets and equipment are supplied. Please BYO water bottle, wear loose and comfortable clothes, and arrive at least 15 minutes early if this is your first class. Entry is at the street-end doors.
