We have all wasted time contemplating what we think we should have said or done in the past. Reflecting on past mistakes is a healthy and effective way of learning, but it can easily tip over into rumination, leaving us exhausted and miserable.
It doesn’t have to be this way and modern psychology has a lot to say about how to prevent it from taking control of our lives. There are even more ancient techniques to remove harmful rumination altogether.
We are very excited to present these two workshops with Corey Jackson. Of course, it’s optimal to come to both, but if you can only make it to one, that is fine, please do come along! This series is suitable for beginners and will also provide a deeper look at the psychology and training that underlies this unique synthesis of traditional and psychological approaches. Each class will include practical techniques and meditation, and a presentation of recent relevant studies.
