The evening starts with a short simple meditation on settling the posture and breathing and mindfulness. The following main practice has guided visualisation, and uses chanting to harmonise our inner experience with the positive qualities of enlightened body, speech and mind.
The meditation works on a subtle energy level, using simple yet effective methods to cleanse and energise our chakras (energy centres). This meditation has the power to direct all our activities in a positive direction. What what we do becomes of benefit and doesn’t harm, what we say is useful and people listen to us, and our positive attitudes become stronger and clearer.
