Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness where you will be led through a range of mindfulness exercises and meditations to help you start, or deepen, your mindfulness practice. The sessions include gentle mindful movement, a relaxing body scan, breath meditations and mindful walking. There will also be time for questions and discussion.
The sessions will be led by Ven. Lozang Drolkar, an experienced mindfulness practitioner and teacher. This is an ideal class for beginners to mindfulness practice as well as a top-up for established practitioners. We have plenty of chairs, cushions and stools so you can be comfortable! Free tea and coffee provided. Bookings appreciated, but you can also just come along on the day.
