An evening of several short, relaxing mindfulness meditations, where you will be led through a range of meditation techniques to help you develop a rewarding mindfulness practice. Join western Buddhist nun Ven. Lhagsam, a mindfulness practitioner of several decades, for an evening of insight and experience.
Each class includes a relaxing body scan, dissolving of tension, breath meditations and mindful walking. There will also be time for questions and discussion.
This is an ideal class for beginners to mindfulness practice as well as a welcome top-up for established practitioners.
