We are very excited to present two workshops with Corey. Of course, it’s optimal to come to both, but you are welcome to just come to one of the workshops. This series is suitable for beginners and will also provide a deeper look at the psychology and training that underlies this unique synthesis of traditional and psychological approaches. Each class will include practical techniques and meditation, and a presentation of recent relevant studies.
