Join us for an afternoon as we mindfully pause and investigate the brain. What is the brain’s job? What happens when our brain goes into fight-flight mode? And how do we calm down when things get hard? This is our topic of investigation and we’ll see how we can apply various mindful tools to help our brain when the going gets tough!
