Have you ever made a mistake and just didn’t know what to do? You’ve stuffed up, there was probably a lot of yelling and door slamming and maybe, a few things even got broken. More importantly, your relationship with someone important feels broken. This Mindful Families, we want to talk about what to do when you’ve stuffed, up and what to do next. We’re going to talk about the importance of repairing your mistakes and why it’s important to be honest about when we’ve stuffed up.
Beyond the simple “sorry”, let’s take a deep mindful dive and explore how mistakes are important. We’ll learn how mistakes can actually help us to grow and learn. Join long-time LTC student and parent Demi Kehoe, and western nun Ven. Tseten, in an interactive online afternoon, with stories, discussion, a short guided meditation, and most importantly, lots of fun!
