Mindful Families – Dharma Debate!
Saturday 2 March @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
As tweens and teens grow, they are kindling their wisdom and questioning the world around them. Which is why we want to channel all that intelligent curiosity into a Dharma debate! In the style of well-known school debates, we want to invite our tweens and teens to debate the topic of:
“Do you need a Teacher?”
And for Buddhist parents familiar with the Lamrim, we all know that choosing a teacher wisely is the very foundation of all that follows! This family session will be lead by Demi Kehoe, Mum of two boys who love to debate! Enjoy some healthy competition with two teams, kicking goals of realisations and honing their fast and flexible wisdom skills!
Even if you’re new to Buddhism or don’t consider yourself Buddhist but are simply curious, we invite you to come along and share an afternoon with us.
We can’t wait to see you and your family there!
