Guided meditations to connect us with the universal healing qualities of the Buddha, using mindfulness, contemplation and visualisation.
Learn how to bring peace to the mind, and use the deep psychology of visualisation to heal the inner causes of sickness and stress. Meditation can help balance the subtle energies in our own body, it can help us calm emotional turmoil, and it can help us connect with the healing power of the Buddha.
Each class has a selection of meditations, suitable for all levels, and there is no need to be a Buddhist – these qualities relate to all of us. Enjoy a range of guided visualisation, from simple ‘body of light’ meditations, to the Medicine Buddha blessing for our vitamins and medicines. This is also an opportunity to enjoy meditating with the strength and inspiration of a group in the calming ambience of our gompa. Join at any time.
