Join the LTC nuns in a most peaceful and meaningful way to spend a Sunday morning! The meditation is suitable for all levels and has an emphasis on experiential practice and contemplation. There is no need to be a Buddhist to gain the benefit from this class!
We begin with settling the posture and a simple mindfulness meditation. The second meditation is focused on the Buddha and includes guided visualisation and chanting, that can help overcoming disturbing emotions, stress and negative karma. We end with dedications for the healing of the world.
