Green Tara Meditation for Peace

The purpose of Tara practice is to generate vast amounts of spiritual energy and the supporting conditions for realisations all the way to enlightenment. Tara meditation also liberates from all fears, such as anxiety, depression, conflicts and difficult situations, by removing and healing the root causes of our problems.
Be guided through the Green Tara meditation that purifies and cleanses our body, speech and mind, so we can also achieve the limitless love, strength and clarity of Arya Tara.
This practice is for everyone – first time students and experienced practitioners! Many great Buddhist masters, such as Nagarjuna and Lama Tsong Khapa, relied on Tara, and we can too!
We also read the short glance meditation on the lam rim – a progression along the spiritual path familiar to many of us – and pause for informal discussion and questions along the way.
