As human beings we have an innate potential to fully develop the universal qualities of kindness and wisdom. These meditations can be applied by people of all religions, or no religion. Be guided in step-by step methods to develop these attitudes within the heart, so that they become part of your natural responses. This class is suitable for all levels, and there is no need to be a Buddhist – or even religious – to benefit.
The course is held once in the morning and repeated in the evening – perfect for shift workers! Topics include:
