Stress, anxiety and depression have become a common part of our modern lifestyle, yet mental well-being is still well within our grasp. By understanding how our emotion systems tick, we can use simple tools to prevent being hijacked by them. With a little more understanding and practice, we can do some fine tuning that will have our emotional reactions working for us, increasing our relationships, resilience and overall well-being.

It’s a balancing act that is surprisingly simple and delivers ever-increasing positive results over time.

We are very excited to present this series of 5 weeks with accredited Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) trainer, Corey Jackson. This series is suitable for beginners and will also provide a deeper look at the psychology and training that underlies this unique synthesis of traditional and psychological approaches. Each class will include both practical techniques and meditation, and a presentation of recent studies and how they correlate with Buddhist philosophy.
