We are very excited to present this series of 5 weeks with accredited Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) trainer, Corey Jackson. This series is suitable for beginners and will also provide a deeper look at the psychology and training that underlies this unique synthesis of traditional and psychological approaches. Each class will include both practical techniques and meditation, and a presentation of recent studies and how they correlate with Buddhist philosophy.
