With Amanda (Anandi) Lynn. Yoga for all levels and age groups, this class focuses on helping you find the safest and most effective way to practice. This balanced flowing class develops strength and flexibility allowing you to work to your own capacity, as deeply as you feel comfortable, while at the same time having the opportunity to explore more challenging options. Safe body alignment is taught enhancing the benefits of yoga and increasing self-awareness. Linked by the breath, this flowing blend of asana (postures) pranayama (breath work) relaxation and meditation helps you to be centred, relaxed and revitalized.
Led by qualified yoga instructor Amanda Lynn. She has trained at the School of Radiant Light in the Hatha Yoga style.
Beginner’s are welcome, and you can join at any time. The room is climate controlled, and all yoga mats, blankets and equipment are supplied. Please BYO water bottle, wear loose and comfortable clothes, and arrive at least 15 minutes early if this is your first class. Entry is at the street-end doors. Cost is $15 per class (cash only please).
