Relax and recharge with an evening of guided meditation, and a screenshare to assist with visualisation. Mindfulness breathing followed by an informal discussion and then a cleansing meditation on the Buddha.

The class begins with settling the posture and a simple mindfulness meditation, which is a non-religious and universal method to calm the mind. This is followed by an informal question and answer, where you can ask or simply type your question into the chat.

The second meditation is focused on the Buddha and includes a gentle guided visualisation and chanting the Shakyamuni Buddha mantra. We end with heartfelt dedications for healing, for oneself, loved ones, and the world.
