How we can help those who have just died? Whether it is a close relative, and suicide, a victim of crime, or those who perished in natural disasters—we channel our concern and grief to help all those still wandering and restless in the bardo (the intermediate state). In particular, we can offer the Sur Practice in the 49 days after death, to help the recently deceased on their onward journey.
