By gathering together to offer tsog we are making space. When the right space opens, realisations come as if magnetically attracted. Join us in symbolically offering all the Christmas trees and lights in the world! We will also offer prayers for world peace and community dedications for the end of the year. Tsog means “gathering”. Even though we are gathering together across the digital divide, in our heart we gather together the things we’re offering, and offer across space and across time.
This practice is short but very powerful in purifying negativities and accumulating merit. We chant the 100-syllable Vajrasattva mantra at the end of each offering verse. This is a concentrated method to meditate on emptiness, the ultimate purification.
