Geshe Tenzin Zopa 2017

6 months of teachings from a Buddhist master

We are very excited to announce that Geshe Tenzin Zopa will return to Langri Tangpa Centre for public talks and weekend courses. Geshe Zopa ia an extremely popular teacher and writer whose tour last year with Phuntsok Rinpoche was so warmly remembered by all who had the good fortune to meet him. He is fluent in English, and will be teaching on "A Wise Heart for the Modern World".

Tsa-tsa Painting

A relaxing afternoon spent painting the small flat-backed statues of the buddhas (tsa-tsas). Just by painting these simple statues you can calm the mind, develop your concentration, and begin to relate to the enlightened qualities of the buddhas you are painting. We are trasnformaing the statues of Lama Tsong Khapa for our library wall.

Lamrim Chenmo

An in-depth study of Lama Tsong Khapa's Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. The Lam Rim is the collected teachings and practices of the Buddha presented in methodical way, in the order we are to practice them if we want to reach enlightenment for the benefit of others.
