Great Enlightenment - Three Kayas

Tsa-tsa Painting

A relaxing afternoon spent painting the small flat-backed statues of the buddhas (tsa-tsas). Just by painting these simple statues you can calm the mind, develop your concentration, and begin to relate to the enlightened qualities of the buddhas you are painting. We are trasnformaing the statues of Lama Tsong Khapa for our library wall.

Lamrim Chenmo

An in-depth study of Lama Tsong Khapa's Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. The Lam Rim is the collected teachings and practices of the Buddha presented in methodical way, in the order we are to practice them if we want to reach enlightenment for the benefit of others. Easter Nyung-Ne Retreat

Our annual Easter Retreat is a profound practice on Chenrezig the compassion buddha. This purification method involves keeping physical discipline, meditation and prostrations, and silence and fasting on alternate days.
