Protector Prayers

Special chants and ritual praises to strengthen our connection to the Dharma and dispel interferences, distractions and obstacles. We chant the prayers in Tibetan, and practice using the traditional instruments as shown to us by Geshe Zopa. Suited for those with a a background in tantric practice.

How to Offer and Dedicate Our Food

A lunch dedication given by Lama Zopa Rinpoche at CPMT 2000 at Chenrezig Institute in April. Lightly edited by Miffi Maxmillion.

Guru Puja

An offering ceremony to make the mountains of merit needed to sustain a strong relationship with the guru. This is the special devotional practice of the Gelugpa tradition. Done mostly in English, with the usual chai offering and individual dedications.
