Mind Training Like the Rays of the Sun

with Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim

Teachings for learning how to work with difficult situations and people with compassion and wisdom. The mind training teachings are concerned with developing the altruistic mind of enlightenment, and deal with transforming our mental attitudes, especially with how to transform adversity into advantage. Not only do these instructions help us open our heart towards others, they also help us transform whatever difficulties come our way into something valuable.

Great Enlightenment - Three Kayas

The first of a series of Sunday teachings on the profound and inspiring topic of the three bodies of a buddha - the ultimate nature, the emanating light body and the human form we can relate with. Included in this topic is going for refuge, and an investigation off the nature of the mind and our innate buddha potential. Lamrim Chenmo

An in-depth study of Lama Tsong Khapa's Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.
