Mind Training Like the Rays of the Sun REVIEW

A review of the teachings so far, as we will start a new section of the text with Geshe Tsultrim after Easter. Teachings for learning how to work with difficult situations and people with compassion and wisdom. If you haven't already, now is an ideal to join these teachings for the first time. Geshe-la's teachings are suitable for all levels, from beginners to long-term students. (NB note erlier start time of 7 pm)

The mind training teachings are concerned with developing the altruistic mind of enlightenment, and deal with transforming our mental attitudes, especially with how to transform adversity into advantage. Not only do these instructions help us open our heart towards others, they also help us transform whatever difficulties come our way into something valuable.
