Healing Depression and Anxiety

In Buddhist psychology, unhappiness is viewed as a symptom of the afflictive emotions, and the root of these is the distorted way we conceive of ourselves. By recognising and developing a realistic appreciation of our innate human qualities, we will naturally be able to overcome our fears and become happier.

We are very excited to announce that Geshe Tenzin Zopa will return to Langri Tangpa Centre for public talks and weekend courses. Geshe Zopa ia an extremely popular teacher and writer whose tour last year with Phuntsok Rinpoche was so warmly remembered by all who had the good fortune to meet him. He is fluent in English, and will be teaching on "A Wise Heart for the Modern World".

Death Over Dinner

The dinner table is the most forgiving place for difficult conversation. Start the conversation about end of life care at the kitchen table rather than in the ICU! Join Ven. Mind Training Like the Rays of the Sun
