Our Lineage

All human beings seek happiness and try to avoid suffering. However, we are constantly experiencing both physical and mental suffering of varying degrees of subtlety. Through the practice of meditation we can learn to control our mind to be free of suffering, and to reach a state of clarity, contentment and wisdom. The thought training and meditation techniques taught at Langri Tangpa Centre follow the Mahayana tradition of altruistic love and universal compassion.

Reception and Meditation Hall opens half an hour before class and half an hour after class. The reception closes whilst class is on.
