This is an ideal class for beginners to mindfulness practice as well as a top-up for established practitioners. We have plenty of chairs, cushions and stools so you can be comfortable! The session will be led by hands-on grandmother and Buddhist nun, Ven. Lozang Drolkar, who is also leading sessions at QPAC’s 2016 Out of the Box Festival. Ordained in the tradition of H.H. the Dalai Lama, Ven. Drolkar has a degree in Applied Ethics, leads classes in mindfulness at Griffith University and Langri Tangpa Buddhist Centre and loves to laugh.
