Introduction to Tantra

Learn the definition of tantra, how tantra works and why it is a powerful form of practice. Get a broad overview of the four classes of tantra and learn how to practice simple kriya tantric methods. In addition, find out how to integrate the practices of tantra with lam rim for optimal results.

About the Course

The main aim of this unit is to give you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision about whwther to enter the tantric path. We will clear up some common misunderstandings and confusion, and give you the tools to make your decision from a place of wisdom and compassion. The unit also has a very practical component, with helpful tips on how to set up a retreat and what practices to start with.
