Then join us for a morning of mindfulness where you will be lead through a range of mindfulness exercises and meditations to help you start, or deepen your mindfulness practice. The session will include gentle mindful movement, a relaxing body scan, mindfulness of the breath, and thoughts and feelings, a practice using our senses, and mindful walking.
