Studies show mindfulness can: reduce stress and anxiety; increase resilience and focus; and improve emotional and physical well-being. Mindfulness is a process of developing moment to moment inner awareness, which can lead to a more peaceful and satisfying path through life. Each session will include: guided meditations, short videos and explanations of key concepts. Each session is stand-alone so you can come to one or both. You don’t need any spiritual belief to practise and benefit from mindfulness!
