The class incorporates Vinyasa flow, Sun Salutations, stretching and strengthening, pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice, that calms the mind and leaves you feeling both relaxed and invigorated. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience from beginner to more advanced with variations offered to suit all levels. Opportunity to explore the more challenging poses and sequences in a safe and nurturing environment with attention given to correct alignment and safety, supporting you physically, mentally and spiritually.
Led by qualified yoga instructor Cindy Hartigan. She has trained at the School of Radiant Light in the Hatha Yoga style.
Beginner’s are welcome, and you can join at any time. The room is climate controlled, and all yoga mats, blankets and equipment are supplied. Please BYO water bottle, wear loose and comfortable clothes, and arrive at least 15 minutes early if this is your first class. Entry is at the street-end doors. Cost is $15 per class (cash only please).
