World-renowned Tibetan thangka painter Andy Weber returns to Australia to continue his teachings on Medicine Buddha, this time focusing on the mantra garland of Medicine Buddha. The workshop is open to everyone – you don’t need to be an artist to participate. It is a way to deepen your experience and sharpen your concentration, as well as a powerful method to overcome health obstacles by re-connecting with your own fundamental healing potential.
Beginners who will have hands-on-tuition to draw and paint the seed syllable and mantra garland of the Medicine Buddha. The visualization of the Tibetan syllables is essential for the deep healing practice and experience of the Medicine Buddha, and therefore this course will include mantra recitations and meditation as well as drawing instructions and painting technique.
Previous students will be able to continue their work and learn the painting techniques for the Medicine Buddha mandala. They will be able to continue their technique and study about the intricate structure of the mandala of Medicine Buddha.
